Fees:


$225.00/ 60 minute session for individuals.

$225.00/ 60 minute session for couples and families; 

$335.00/ 90 minutes.


Payment:


Payment is due at time of session, unless otherwise discussed. Accepted forms include Zelle, Venmo, Credit or Debit. I require a valid credit card to be on file prior to our first session, despite method of payment. 


Attendance and Cancellation Policies:


Therapy works best with weekly attendance at a regularly scheduled time. It is your responsibility to remember our scheduled appointment and to provide 24 hour advance notice if you are unable to attend. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the missed session.​


Insurance:​


I am no longer under contract with any insurance companies.  I will do my best to maximize your claim reimbursement and will provide you with a Superbill or end-of-year statement for tax purposes. 


Non-Payment of Fees/Discharge:


Non-payment of fees creates a conflict of interest between me, you and/or your child, as I cannot be a creditor and a therapist. Failure of timely payment will require me to end our therapeutic relationship and refer you out to other counseling resources.
